Cheyenne is a special situation who found herself in a stray dog attack as a 4 month old puppy. She was nearly killed and spent 7 weeks in the Vet hospital. During that time, she endured nearly every day on the table, receiving painful treatment from people she didn't't know, so she is typically very cautious with strangers. Now that she has had her puppy, she has gotten much better, but still hangs back when a stranger comes in. Before the accident, she was friendly to anyone and would greet a stranger without hesitation. She came out of the accident in great shape, except for a scar on her shoulder that looks like a "part" in her hair. It runs along what we call the "judges side." That's the side that a show judge sees the most of and they can be very picky. We knew that she could never shown because of that. The great disposition is why we decided to keep her and see if we could get a nice female puppy. She will be a most wonderful pet for someone. She is extremely loving and always happy with us and is very quick to jump up into a lap, especially mine. | ||
